Our Approach
What CFCG does, and exactly how an Executive Advisory Brief is built.
No hand-waving, no black box. Here is the full process behind every determination — what data we pull, how it's scored, who reviews it, and what you actually receive.
What We Do
Independent decision support — not proposal writing, not capture.
Cherry Federal Compliance Group answers one question for small federal contractors: is this specific pursuit worth committing bid & proposal resources to? We deliver a documented Go, Conditional-Go, or No-Go determination, backed by evidence pulled from public federal data and your own company profile.
"I'm not reaching out to sell proposal-writing services — CFCG does not write proposals. My role is independent decision support: a Go, Conditional-Go, or No-Go determination.
We're intentionally outside your capture chain. Internal teams are built to pursue opportunities — that's their job. Ours is to independently stress-test the decision before the budget is spent, so the call isn't made on optimism alone.
The Process
From confidential intake to a documented determination
Every engagement — regardless of package — runs through the same seven-stage process.
The Methodology
The models behind the score
Two proprietary instruments, run independently, produce every determination.
Opportunity Fitness Score™
0–100 readiness rating
A composite score built from five weighted factors, each independently evaluated against the opportunity's requirements.
ELigibility Compliance. Past Performance Financial Capacity REadiness
Opportunity Avoidance Index™
Capital protection signal
Starts at zero and accumulates points for each identified risk driver — compliance exposure, regulatory gaps, and red-team findings. A higher score means a stronger recommendation to avoid the pursuit, protecting your capital from a low-probability chase.
Ready to see where your next pursuit stands?
Start with a confidential intake, and receive a documented determination — not a guess.
